THE PLAN:
WHEN – 5/6/12 – SUNDAY, 5pm
WHERE – 5th and Boston, Downtown Tulsa, OK – you’ll see the Barricades
WHAT – Show up, IN COSPLAY, so we can shoot a large group shot for our TnT commercial! NO PERSON LIMIT, just show up in Cosplay! ( We have the whole block, we won’t fill that up 
)
Should Last an hour or so.
IF IT IS RAINING AT 5PM – GO TO the Tulsa Convention Center, aka where we have Tokyo in Tulsa, across from the Doubletree. We’ll shoot in the lobby if it is raining at 5pm.

We need a large group of cosplayers for our 2012 commercial!
We are asking our TnT members DRESSED UP in cosplay to show up Sunday the 6th at 5th and Boston by 5pm READY TO GO. (Aka, in costume, ready to start shooting, there will be NO ACCESS TO FACILITIES TO CHANGE.)
We’ll be filming shortly after 5pm; plan to be there for an hour to an hour and a half. This will be a ‘wide shot’ of all the cosplayers slowly assembling, so the more colorful the cosplay, the better.
We are shooting this scene for the commercial, ON THE STREET – on Boston – between 4th and 5th. There will be barricades up, you’ll see us.
YES – you’ll need to be in cosplay, when you arrive. Cosplay only, no normal clothing for this.
YES – it’s open; share with your friends, just so long as they are in cosplay.
