Tokyo In Tulsa will be held at the Tulsa Convention Center with select events in the DoubleTree Hotel in downtown Tulsa. The convention center is located at 100 Civic Center, Tulsa, OK 74103. You can find the map and driving direction to the Convention Center here.
Convention Hotel Rates
The Doubletree’s Convention Special for the weekend of Tokyo In Tulsa 2013 is $98 per night, till July 25th. In order to take advantage of our special convention rate, head over here. Just click Book A Room, fill in the dates and preferences sections and then click on “add special rate code”. You will add TKY to the group code section, then you will click “check availability”. From there you will be able to select which type of room you would like for the weekend. Complete the remaining steps to finish your reservation and a confirmation number will be emailed back to you!

Parking
For those of you who are driving into Tulsa, here is a list of parking lots. Some of the lots are pay-to-park and some are free during the weekends. Curbside parking is free for the weekend starting at 6pm on Friday.
